I should come to expect that every Monday morning will be shit. Passes not organised. Engineers not communicating with each other. Trying to scrape jobs together to keep the engineers working in this quiet period.
I am currently sitting in a carpark at Heathrow after jump starting one of the vans. I think the engineer in question sat listening to the radio for over an hour without the engine running. It wasn’t his fault, he was waiting for the pass, but it was his fault that he wasn’t running the engine.
Pay day tomorrow. I get to spend most of my money on debts as usual. I really must try very hard this month. Try very hard to do nothing! Spend as little as possible. Fuck fuck fucknuts.
Life is shit. And all by my own doing…..
Tuesday, 30th April 2019.
OK. Let’s be a little more positive.
I’m gonna try and spend as little as possible. The only non essential will be getting the first book printed. That, at least, will give me a little glimmer of happiness.
I’ve only had normal operational phone calls so far today. Let’s hope it stays that way.
Wednesday, 1st May 2019.
I ended up doing a bit of running around yesterday for some work related materials. It wasn’t the end of the world but it’s amazing how long this stuff takes. I had lunch at half three.
Done all my paying out.
I had, what seemed to be, about 2 hours sleep last night. I dunno why? I got bored of trying after a while, so I watched X-Files and drank beer.
This morning has been the usual circuit of client based disorganisation but I’m too tired to care.
It will always amaze me that a client will ask you to install something. The engineers turn up to do it on the agreed date. Then the client will say, “No, sorry. You can’t do that today”.
I popped in to Carter’s on the way home. We watched episode 3 of GOT.
It’s getting exciting now.
Anyway, I just got home.
I managed to put a little more into my current project(the first blog book). I’m bound to over complicate it but it’s a distraction.
I wonder who I will send a copy to? I plan to get twenty. It currently has 128 pages.
It will definitely get a prize for being one of the most pointless wastes of a tree, of all time.

I wonder what this “new life” would be like now?
If things had worked out differently.
Another day, another dollar.
As usual, all my well laid plans went to pot. All it confirms is, that full-time engineers need their hands held through every aspect of work. When I used to ring my old boss with issues he would, quite simply, answer “just get it done!”
I’m standing in hell waiting to be sorted out. Hangin’out with people I would rather be nowhere near.
I got my bag of Haze in the end. Good times. Time for a quick bash on RDR2.
That’s it. I’ve had enough. Joint, X-Files, snacks, beer, bed.
What a diabolically dull week.
Oh well. Playlist.
