I remember being out of work. It had been a few weeks and things were becoming dire.
Just when I was at the end of my rope, my brother called me and said he had some work for me.
The next day he collected me. I got in the car and he said, “Mark. This is Jason.”
That was over 20 years ago.
Today, I sat in Hanworth crematorium, and said goodbye to Jay for the last time. Along with his family(obviously) and friends.
I’m not going into it.
Of course, it was emotional.
Goodbye my friend, my brother, my daytime wife and right arm.
I miss you.
I’ll see you again soon xx.
